摘　　要：目的:建立加味藿香正气丸中水分测定的方法。方法:分别采用卡尔-费休氏法与甲苯法测定水分。结果:卡尔-费休氏滴定法的平均回收率为99.87%,RSD=0.2%(n=6),两种方法测定的数据基本一致。结论:卡尔-费休氏法测定加味藿香正气丸中的水分简便、准确。Objective：To establish a method for the content determination of moisture in Jiawei Huoxiang Zhengqi Pills by Kaer Fischer Titration.Methods：The Kaer Fischer Titration and Toluene method were used.Results：The average recov ery rate was 99.87%,RSD=0.2%（n=6）.The results of the two methods were almost identical.Conclusion：Kaer Fischer Titration for the moisture content in Jiawei Huoxiang Zhengqi Pills is simple and precise.
