曲美他嗪联合辛伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨曲美他嗪联合辛伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:收集2008年6月～2009年12月我院收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者168例临床资料。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.62%,明显优于对照组;且治疗后治疗组患者血脂及C反应蛋白情况明显改善,对照组患者血脂及C反应蛋白无明显变化,两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用曲美他嗪联合辛伐他汀治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效安全、可靠,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of Trimetazidine combined Simvastatin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods：From June 2008 to December 2009 in our hospital,the clinical data of 168 patients with unstable angina were collected.Results：The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.62%,it was significantly better than the control group;and after treatment,the lipid and C-reactive protein in patients of treatment group marked improvement,but lipid and C-reactive protein did not change significantly in the control group,there was significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Trimetazidine combined Simvastatin in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris is safe,reliable,worthy of clinical application.
