韩国新村运动对农民思想教育的途径分析

摘　　要：社会主义新农村建设需要加强农民的思想教育。对韩国新村运动的研究分析得出,新村运动通过正面激励教育、灌输引导教育、榜样示范教育、情感交流教育等思想教育途径转变了韩国农民的精神面貌。借鉴新村运动的成功经验,结合我国的实际情况,提出现阶段加强农村思想教育的对策建议:重视农民在农村思想教育中的自我教育;注重农民的精神培养,开展理想信念教育;鼓励农村思想教育方法多样化;思想教育成为破解返乡农民工压力新的突破口。New socialist countryside construction needs to strengthen the ideological education for farmers.Through the analysis of Korean Saemaul Undong,it is concluded that Korean Saemaul Undong changed the mental outlook of Korean farmers by means of ideological education,such as positive incentives education,inculcating and introductory education,model demonstration education,affective communication education,etc.By using the successful experiences of Korean Saemaul Undong as reference and taking the reality of China into consideration,this paper put forward several countermeasures and advices to strengthen ideological education in the rural areas as follows：paying attention to farmers＇ self-education in the ideological education,attaching importance to farmers＇ spiritual training and ideal and belief education,encouraging the variety of educational methods and making the ideological education a breakthrough of relieving the pressure of homecoming migrant workers.
