盆底生物反馈训练对产后压力性尿失禁的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨盆底生物反馈训练对产后压力性尿失禁(SUI)发生的影响。方法:采用问卷调查方式,结合盆底生物反馈评估,对产后3天、6周初产妇按标准进行调查和评估。将138例自愿接受盆底康复训练者,配对分为kegel、盆底生物反馈和对照组进行训练,每疗程8周,训练前后均进行评估,并评价训练疗效。结果:各组产后6周SUI发生率较孕期明显降低(P<0.05);Kegel训练组、盆底生物反馈组训练后产后SUI发生率较训练前明显降低(P<0.01);各训练组训练后SUI发生率均明显低于对照组(P(0.05);各训练组训练后盆底肌电收缩强度较对照组明显增强,生物反馈组与其它2组比较亦明显增强(P<0.05);结论:盆底生物反馈、Kegel训练对产后SUI的发生有一定的防治作用,值得推广应用。Objective：To investigate the effectiveness of treating postpartum urinary incontinence by means of Pelvic floor biofeedback training.Methods：We use questionnaire combined pelvic floor biofeedback to investigate and evaluate the primipara,who postpartum 3 days or 6 weekly.138 primipara participated in the experiment voluntarily and they were randomized to pelvic floor muscles training,pelvic floor biofeedback,kegal training,and no treatment.The treatment course were 8weeks.The effectiveness of different training were compared.Results：（1）The incidence of postpartum urinary incontinence in pelvic floor muscles training group was significantly less than other group.The incidence of urinary incontinence of the training group,biofeedback group and kegal training group were significantly less than before training（P0.01）.The incidence of postpartum urinary incontinence after training in different training groups was significantly less than that in no treatment group（P0.05）The pelvic muscle myoelectricity and muscle strength in different training groups after training was significantly greater than that in no treatment group（P0.05）.In addition,it was significantly greater in the pelvic floor biofeedback groups than in other groups（P0.05）Conclusion：Pelvic floor biofeedback training and kegal training are valid of preventing and treating postpartum urinary incontinence and it is worth extending.
