儿童肥胖与瘦素及神经肽Y的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童肥胖与血清瘦素和神经肽Y(Neuropeptide Y,NPY)浓度的关系。方法:采用放射免疫分析法,测定193例儿童肥胖患者和122例正常儿童对照组血清瘦素和NPY的浓度。并对其结果进行t检验。结果:儿童肥胖组血清瘦素浓度(21.7±9.9)ng/ml明显高于正常组(7.1±1.6)ng/ml(P<0.001)。重度肥胖组血清瘦素浓度(32.7±7.9)ng/ml明显高于轻度肥胖组(19.9±7.2)ng/ml(P<0.001)和中度肥胖组(23.5±6.5)ng/ml(P<0.001);中度肥胖组血清瘦素浓度明显高于轻度肥胖组(P<0.001);肥胖组血清NPY浓度(111.4±17.6)ng/L明显高于正常组(81.7±11.1)ng/L(P<0.01)。重度肥胖组血清NPY浓度(134.7±15.9)ng/L明显高于中度肥胖组(109.3±14.2)ng/L(P<0.001)和轻度肥胖组(97.8±15.7)ng/L(P<0.001);中度肥胖组血清NPY浓度明显高于轻度肥胖组(P<0.001)。结论:儿童肥胖可能与血清瘦素和NPY浓度有关。Objective：To study the correlation of the childhood obesity patients and concentration of serum Leptin and neuropeptide Y.Methods：The concentration of serum leptin of 193 obesity children and 122 normal children were determined by RIA.Results：The concentration of serum leptin in patients with obesity group（21.7±9.9 ng/mL） were markedly higher than in the normal group （7.1±1.6 ng/mL,P0.001）.The values of liptin in children with severe-obesity group （32.7±7.9 ng/ml） were more higher than that of moderate-obesity group （23.5±6.5 ng/ml,P0.001 ） and mild-obesity group （19.9±7.2 ng/mL,P0.001）.The values of leptin in children with moderate-obesity group （23.5±6.5 ng/ml） were more higher than that of mild-obesity group （19.9±7.2 ng/ml,P0.001 ）.The values of leptin in children with mild-obesity group （19.9±7.2 ng/ml） were more higher than that of over-weight group（15.4±7.3 ng/ml,P0.001）;The values of NPY in patients with obesity group （120.8±16.3 ng/L） were markedly higher than in the normal group（83.4±12.7 ng/L,P0.01）;The values of NPY in children with severe-obesity group （152.9±17.5 ng/mL） were more higher than that of moderate-obesity group （129.9±15.4 ng/L,P0.001） and mild-obesity group （108.4±13.1 ng/L,P0.001 ）;The values of NPY in patients with moderate-obesity group （129.9±15.4 ng/L） were more higher than that of mild-obesity group （108.4±13.1 ng/L,P0.001）.Conclusion：Childhood obesity may exist relationship with correlation of serum leptin and NPY.
