摘  要:以铁屑作为还原剂,采用金属还原法去除废旧干电池浸出液中的汞。采用冷原子荧光测汞仪定量分析了反应后浸出液中的汞浓度,从而得出浸出液中汞剩余质量,衡量汞去除效率。结果表明,浸出液的液固比、酸加入量及铁屑加入量的改变均会对除汞效果产生影响。实验得出最优化工艺条件为液固比15、加硫酸量7ml及加铁屑量10g,除汞率达99%以上。Using metal reduction method to removal mercury from leaching solution of waste dry batteries. Iron filings were used as reducing agent. Cool-atom fluorescence mercury meter was applied to measure concentrations of mercury ions in leaching solution after the reduction. Thereby we can obtain the quality of the remaining mercury and to measure mercury removal efficiency. The resuhs are as follows: the liquid-solid of leaching solution, the volume of acid and iron added can impact on the effect of removing mercury, The experiment obtains the optimum condition that liquid/solid ratio is 15, the volume of sulfate added is 7 ml and the iron filings are 10 g, remiral mercury rate more than 99%.
