摘　　要：生态影响类建设项目是建设项目管理的一项新制度。结合某项目,分析了此类项目验收的前期准备工作,提出了调查报告编写框架,并对某些问题提出了讨论。Ecological construction projects is a new system in the construction project managing. The article combines with the practical project, analyse the preparing work, and bring forward the frame of the report, discusses some problem in the end.
