摘　　要：目的:研制慢性前列腺炎生命质量测定量表特异性模块。方法:采用议题小组和核心小组的程序化决策方式及借鉴国内外建立量表的经验制定本量表,通过定性访谈和定量调查分析相结合的方法对条目进行初筛选、评价和修改形成初步量表,随机抽取25例慢性前列腺炎患者和25名医务工作者进行问卷调查,采用变异度法、相关系数法、因子分析法、患者重要性评分及医生重要性评分法对结果进行分析。结果:采用上述5种方法分别选出21、13、24、20、20个条目,最终得出包含17个条目的特异模块。结论:该特异模块的条目均按严格的程序筛选得出,具有较好的内容效度和代表性。Objective To develop chronic prostatitis life quality measurement scale specific module.Method Using the methods of programmed decisions of the team and the core team issues and referencing the experience from home and abroad to establish scale of experience,screening,evaluating and modifying the items by combining qualitative interviews and analysis of quantitative survey to form preliminary scale,randomly choosing 25 chronic prostatitis patients and 25 medical workers to do investigation,applying the methods of the variation coefficient method,and related factor analysis,patients and doctors′ importance point rating to analyze the results.Results According to the above 5 methods,we select 21,13,24,20 and 20 items,then form a specific module with 17 entries at last.Conclusion The specific items are strictly in the light of the module of screening program,and it has good content validity and representative.
