盐酸氨溴索联合氨茶碱治疗小儿支气管哮喘42例的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨盐酸氨溴索注射液和氨茶碱联合治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取我院42例患儿,随机平均分为观察组和对照组,采用两种不同的临床治疗方法,随访观察治疗效果和安全性。结果:观察组和对照组临床治疗总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组肺部啰音消失时间较短,且住院时间和住院费用较少(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸氨溴索不仅是一种有效的祛痰止咳药,与抗生素、氨茶碱合用时还有协同作用。治疗期间未见明显不良反应,表明该药治疗小儿哮喘安全有效。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ambroxol hydrochloride combined with aminophylline treatment of 42 children with bronchial asthma.Method For 42 children were randomly divided into two groups and used two different clinical treatment methods,the therapeutic effect and safety were followed-up.Results The total effective rate between the two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,pulmonary rales disappearing time was shorter,hospital stay was shorter and hospitalization costs was less in the observation group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ambroxol is not only an effective apophlegmatisant,also shows synergistic effect combining with antibiotics and aminophylline.No significant adverse reactions during treatment is found,indicating that the drug is safe and effective for pediatric asthma.
