两种药物联合用于宫腔镜宫内节育器取出术的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察硫酸阿托品和复方萘普生栓用于宫腔镜宫内节育器取出术的效果。方法:将行宫腔镜定位取环术患者90例分为三组,每组各30例。A组术前30 min肌内注射硫酸阿托品注射液0.25 mg,术前20 min肛门放置复方萘普生栓1枚;B组术前30 min肌内注射硫酸阿托品注射液0.25 mg;C组术前不用任何药物。对三组心脑综合征、镇痛效果、宫颈软化情况及手术时间进行比较。结果:心脑综合征发生情况:A组与C组、B组与C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。镇痛效果:A组与C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。宫颈软化情况:A组分别与B组和C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。手术时间:各组之间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:硫酸阿托品注射液和复方萘普生栓联合应用,既能减少心脑综合征的发生,又能镇痛、软化宫颈、缩短手术时间,值得推广。Objective To observe the results of atropine sulfate and compound naproxen suppository combined using in the precess of removal of intrauterine device with hysteroscope.Method A total of 90 women were tested for using hysteroscope localization taking intrauterine device,divided into three groups stochastically,each group of 30 cases.Every case of group A gave intramuscular injection atropine sulfate 0.25 milligram before technique 30 min and anus was laid compound naproxen suppository 1 lump.Every case of group B gave intramuscular injection atropine sulfate 0.25 milligram before technique 30 min.Every case of group C did not use any medicine before technique.Then compared three groups of the heart-brain syndrome,the analgesic effect,the cervix softening and the surgery time.Results Heart-brain syndrome：group A had statistics significant difference with group C（P〈0.05）,group B had statistics significant difference with group C（P〈0.05）.Analgesic effect： group A had statistics difference significant with group C（P〈0.05）.Cervix softening：group A had statistics significant difference with group B or group C（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Surgery time：Any group had statistics significant difference with another group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Atropine sulfate and compound naproxen suppository combined using in the precess of removal of intrauterine device with hysteroscope can reduce the heart brain syndrome to occur,can ease the pain,can soften cervix of the uterus,and can reduce surgery time,is worth promoting.
