湘钢低焊接裂纹敏感性X610CF钢性能及工程应用

摘　　要：研究了低焊接裂纹敏感性07MnCrMoVR钢(简称X610CF钢)的力学性能、组织结构及其工程应用。通过对40 mm厚钢板进行低温(-50℃)裂纹尖端张开位移试验(CTOD),得出其iδ为0.12mm;在应变量为5%的情况下KV2(-50℃)最低为260 J,且时效敏感系数为14.6%。通过调质处理得出,X610CF系列钢在650～680℃时回火,保温时间(min)为钢板厚度的2.5～3倍时,可以得到最佳的强韧性匹配。结果表明,该钢具有较低的应变时效敏感性、优异的焊接性能和低温韧性,并且钢板的厚度≤50 mm时焊前可不预热或稍加预热而不产生焊接冷裂纹,是制造大型压力容器(特别是低温和常温球罐)、水电站压力钢管的理想用材。The mechanical properties and applications of Xiangtan Iron ＆ Steel Co. ,Ltd 07MnCrMoVR steel （X610CF） was studied in this paper. Through tile crack tip opening displacement test in -50℃ for 40 mm thick steel plate, its δi was reached and only 0. 12 mm. In the case of 5% strain, its KV2 value was 260J （-50℃）, and aging-sensitive factor was 14. 6%. Its quenching experiment indicated when tempered at 650-680℃ and insulated at 2.5 to 3 times thickness of the finished products, the best match of strength and toughness could be obtained for this steel. The results showed that the steel had a low sensitivity to strain aging and excellent in weld ability and low-temperature toughness, even without preheating or with slight preheating before welding, no crack was formed in plates after being welded, it＇s thickness was less than 50 mm. And this steel has been applied to the manufacture of large spherical vessels and pressure pipes for large hydraulic power station.
