不合理应用抗生素的处方分析

摘　　要：目的:了解医院门诊抗生素的使用情况,促进临床合理用药。方法:随机抽取延吉市某医院门诊处方3624张,对其抗生素用药情况进行统计分析。结果:3 624张门诊处方中有1025张使用了抗生素,占28.28%,不合理用药处方共54张,占所抽查处方的1.49%。结论:该院门诊处方使用抗生素基本合理,但还存在一些不合理现象。Objective To survey the antibiotics in clinic in order to make it reasonable.Method Total 3 624 recipes in certain hospital of Yanji were randomly chosen and then the antibiotics use was analyzed.Results Among 3 624 recipes,1 025 recipes used antibiotics in the outpatient service prescription,accounting for 28.28% of the prescription total amount,54（1.49%） were irrational ones.Conclusion Antibiotics use in clinic of certain hospital in Yanji is basic reasonable,but also exists unreasonable phenomenon.
