摘　　要：目的:观察老年留置针两种封管液的效果。方法:220例长期输液的老年患者随机分为两组,试验组用生理盐水5 ml封管,对照组用肝素液3 ml封管。留置时间平均3～5 d,评价其效果。结果:试验组血管堵塞率及各种并发症的发生率均低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:生理盐水封管是一种有效可行的封管方法。Objective To study the effect of two different solution used to seal up the tube of intravenous indwelling needle in old patient.Method Based on the method of random,the 220 old patients who must transfuse for a long-term were divided into two groups： The normal sodium 5 ml was used to seal up the tube of intravenous indwelling needle in the experiment group and heparin solution 3 ml in the control group.The average time of intravenous indwelling were 3～5 days and evaluated their results.Results The ratio of the blood vessel which being blocked up and various kinds of complication in the experiment group was lower than that in the control group,nevertheless,there were no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.Conclusion It is a available and feasible method that normal sodium is a solution to seal up the tube of intravenous indwelling needle.
