摘　　要：粗坑棉灯芯绒布采用单一的冷堆工艺,存在重现性差,毛效和白度参差不一的问题,因而造成染色色差,采用冷堆后复漂短蒸工艺,可使织物的毛效和白度得到稳定,染色色差问题基本得到消除。Poor reproducibility, uneven capillary effect and whiteness existing in single cold batching-up process of coarse cotton corduroy would lead to color deviation. Capillary effect and whiteness could be stabilized with pretreatment of cold batching-up followed by bleaching and short steaming. Practical application showed that color deviation in pad dyeing could be eliminated effectively.
