摘 要:采用棉用耐久阻燃剂FK-103和拒水拒油剂FK-UFC02对纯棉导电织物进行阻燃和拒水拒油整理。探讨了阻燃剂、拒水拒油剂用量对织物阻燃和拒水拒油性能的影响,考察了阻燃剂和强力保护剂用量对织物撕裂强度的影响。优化的整理工艺为:耐久阻燃剂FK-103 300 g/L,FK-062交联树脂50 g/L,磷酸15 g/L和强力保护剂FK-074 30 g/L;纯棉织物阻燃整理后再采用拒水拒油剂FK-UFC02 60 g/L进行拒水拒油整理,整理织物具有阻燃、抗静电、拒水拒油等复合功能,且耐久性良好。Multi-functional finish was carried out on cotton conductive fabric with durable flame retardant agent FK 103 and oil- and water-repellent agent FK-UFC02. Influences of dosages on flame retardancy, oil- and water-repellent property and tearing strength were discussed. Optimum process was: flame retardant finish with flame retardant agent FK-]03 300 g/L, resin FK- 062 50 g/L,phosphoric acid 15 g/L and strength protector FK-O?4 30 g/L, followed by oil- and water-repellent finish with FK- UFC02 60 g/L. The finished product featured durable functions of flame retardancy, antistatic and oil- and water-repellent property.
