摘　　要：在界定创新型中小企业内涵的基础上,通过资料收集与调查研究,深入分析了黑龙江省创新型中小企业成长的现状以及存在的问题,并提出了实现黑龙江省创新型中小企业健康成长的对策建议。This paper defined the connotation of innovation–oriented SMEs,and it analyzed the present situation and problems of innovation–oriented SMEs in Heilongjiang province deeply based on information collection and investigation research, then it put forwards countermeasures to realize healthy growth for the innovation–oriented SMEs in Heilongjiang province.
