摘　　要：产业集群是现代社会实现技术进步、经济增长的重要载体,探讨产业集群中的技术创新动力机制问题旨在提出产业集群可持续发展的动力源泉。介绍了关于产业集群技术创新形成的动力、产业集群的技术扩散和产业集群技术创新的政策体系3个方面的研究,并分别作出了评价总结。The industrial clusters are the important carriers that the modern society realizes the technology advancement and the economic growth.The discussion on dynamic mechanism of technological innovation of Industrial clusters aims at proposing the power fountainhead of sustainable development of industrial clusters.The paper introduces three aspect＇s research on the forming power of technological innovation of industrial clusters,the technical diffusion of industrial clusters and the policy system on technological innovation of industrial clusters,and makes the appraisal separately.
