摘　　要：介绍了一种用套芯轴弯管方法加工铰链的新工艺,并对模具设计、工作原理进行了详细阐述,设计的模具动作准确、灵活、可靠,加工的铰链达到尺寸精度要求,生产效率高。A core shaft Pipe bending technique was applied to manufacture a hinge and a die was developed. The die structure and work principle were described. The die runs accurately and reli- ably and has a high efficiency.
