摘　　要：介绍了注射压缩工艺在光盘模具中的应用,阐述了光盘注射压缩成型技术的特点,设计并介绍了光盘注射压缩模的结构及工作过程,有效解决了注射中应力问题,使制品在变形、尺寸精度及光学特性等方面得到改善,提高了制品质量。The application of injection compression molding technology in mould for an optical disc was presented. Their technical characteristics, the mould structure and work principle were described. The stress problem in the injection process was solved; the product deformation problem, dimensional accuracy and optical properties were improved.
