摘　　要：通过分析相关文献从结缔组织生长因子的生物学功能及其与TGF-β1的关系和在肾纤维化中的作用等方面就目前中医药对其研究现状进行综述,为寻求中医药抗肾纤维化的作用靶点提供参考。The article is reviewed on the basis of biological function of CTGF,the relationship between CTGF and TGF-β1,the role of renal fibrosis and the research of Chinese medicine in renal fibrosis.It can provide targets and references of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of anti-renal fibrosis.
