摘　　要：2-(1-咪唑基)乙酸酯类物质是合成唑来膦酸的关键中间体。报道了以咪唑和氯乙酸酯为原料,以水为溶剂,在微波辅助下,合成了6种2-(1-咪唑基)乙酸酯类物质。反应时间短、后处理方便、没有加入其他有机成分、对环境友好。通过核磁共振氢谱、碳谱对产物结构进行了确认。An efficient method for the synthesis of alkyl imidazol-1-ylacetates from imidazol and chloroacetate in water under microwave irradiation was developed.Using KOH as the base and water as the solvent makes this method eco-friendly and easy to handle with.The product was characterized by 1HNMR and 13CNMR.
