摘  要:为了减小气井出砂出水对产能的影响及对设备的损害,结合涩北气田气井出砂出水的实际情况,对冲蚀流量、最小携液流量、最小携砂流量理论进行了适应性分析优选,创新性地绘制出了气井合理工作制度分析图。气井合理工作制度分析图由七条曲线八个区组成。八个区分别是:井底积液区、有边底水排超细砂区、无边底水排超细砂区、有边底水排细砂区、无边底水排细砂区、排中砂区、井底沉砂区及设备损害区。利用气井合理工作制度分析图可以确定气田、开发单元及单井的合理产量,控制气井的产气量、产水量及产砂量在一个合理范围内。Sanding and water production of gas wells affected the productivity and equipment seriously. Combined the actual situa-tion of Sebei gas wells,the theories about erosion flow rate,mini-mum liquid carrying flow rate and minimum sand carrying flow rate were analyzed,a new analysis chart of rational working system for gas wells was drawn. The analysis chart is composed of seven curves and eight areas. The 8 areas include bottom-hole liquid accumula-tion area,superfine sand discharge area with edge and bottom water,superfine sand discharge area without edge and bottom water,fine sand discharge area with edge and bottom water,fine sand discharge area without edge and bottom water,medium sand discharge area,bottom-hole sand settling area and equipment damage area. This chart can be used to determine the reasonable production of gas field,development units and single wells,and control the gas,water and sand production within a reasonable range.
