摘  要:针对湖北某地低品位、低含砂量膨润土矿,系统研究了钠化条件和两种不同聚合物的引入对其泥浆性能的影响。研究表明,钠化条件对膨润土的泥浆性能有一定影响,提高碳酸钠用量和反应温度可提高浆体的粘度;但有机聚合物羧甲基纤维素钠的加入能更显著提高其粘度,添加量为1%便可使其粘度提高至原来的4倍,达到国家一级泥浆土的要求。In this paper,a bentonite ore with low-grade and low sand content in Hubei province was used as raw material,the influence of Naactive conditions and organic polymer on its slurry viscosity were systematically studied.The results show that: Na-active conditions have certain influence on its slurry viscosity; viscosity can be improved through increasing sodium dosage and reaction temperature.However,adding organic polymer sodium carboxymethyl cellulose has remarkable influence on its viscosity.Viscosity can increase to its fourfold and meet the GB (national standard) requirements of the first-degree slurry clay for civil engineering when the polymer dosage is 1%.
