摘 要:以N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(NMBA)为交联剂,过硫酸钾/亚硫酸钠为引发剂,丙烯酸(AA)和丙烯酰胺(AM)为单体,采用微波法合成杭锦土聚合丙烯酸钠-丙烯酰胺复合高吸水树脂。研究结果表明,当杭锦土添加量为50%,AM∶AA比例为25%,交联剂用量为0.05%,引发剂用量为8%,NaOH中和度为85%时,该复合材料具有最大吸水倍率,其吸蒸馏水和自来水倍率分别为628.88g/g和121.92g/g。Hangjin clay/poly (acrylate-acrylamide) composite super water-absorbing resin was synthesized by solution polymerization with N,N’methylene bisacrylamide as crosslinker,and K2S2O8/Na2SO3 as initiators,and acrylic and acrylamide as monomers.The influences of Hangjin clay,crosslinker,initiators,neutralization degree of acrylicacid and ratio of acryamide/acrylic on water absorbency were also studied.The results showed that when Hangjin clay of dosage was 50 %,ratio of acryamide/acrylic was 25 %,crosslinker of dosage was 0.05 %,initiators of dosage was 8.00 %,neutralization degree was 85 %,the highest distilled water absorbency and tap water absorbency were 628.88 g/g and 121.92 g/g respectively.
