摘  要:凹凸棒石黏土经双氧水改性后,以化学沉淀法制备了纳米ZnO/凹凸棒石黏土复合材料,并结合XRD、TG/DSC、IR分析手段对样品进行了表征,用UV-vis分光光度测试仪对样品的吸附性能和光降解性能进行了测试。结果表明:①相对于原样,纳米ZnO/凹凸棒石黏土复合材料、双氧水改性样的第一特征峰d值(nm)由1.05222依次增加到1.07130、1.06040。②吸附性能以纳米ZnO/凹凸棒石黏土复合材料最优、双氧水改性样次之,皆优于凹凸棒石黏土原样。③在距液面高50cm的30W紫外线灯的照射下,纳米ZnO/凹凸棒石黏土复合材料对甲基橙溶液的脱色速率为0.118/h。Nano-ZnO/attapulgite clay composite was synthesized by chemical precipitation method based on attapulgite clay modified by hydrogen peroxide as raw materials,which was characterized by XRD,TG/DSC and IR spectra.Meanwhile,the adsorption properties of all samples and the photo-degradation performance of nano-ZnO/attapulgite clay composite were tested by UV-vis spectrophotometer.The results showed that: ① Relative to raw materials,the first characteristic peak d values(nm) of nano-ZnO/attapulgite composite and hydrogen peroxide-modified samples increased from 1.05222 to 1.07130 and 1.06040 in turn.② The adsorption properties of nano-ZnO/attapulgite clay composite,attapulgite clay sample modified by hydrogen peroxide and the original attapulgite clay were decreased in turn.③ Under the 30 W UV light irradiation and upper high 50cm away from the surface of organic solution,the photo-catalytic degradation rate of nano-ZnO/attapulgite clay composite versus methyl orange solution was 0.118/h.
