摘　　要：介绍了直读光谱仪真空系统的典型故障现象,分析了故障现象产生的原因,提出了故障排除办法,为该类仪器维修人员处理类似故障提供经验参考。Several typical troubles in the vacuum system of QSN750 direct reading spectrometer are described.The causes of these troubles are analyzed,and methods for their elimination based on the experience of the author are proposed.
