福建省低碳经济发展战略与政府角色定位

摘　　要：低碳经济是未来经济发展的方向,目前福建省经济发展面临着高碳经济的困境,为此,福建省政府应根据低碳经济内涵和省情,从优化能源结构、开发低碳新技术、调整产业结构、构建低碳生活方式等四个方面入手,确定低碳经济发展战略,并切实转变自身角色,努力在低碳经济发展中扮演引导、激励与监管角色,更好地促进海西经济又好又快发展。Low-carbon economy is the future direction of economic development. Currently, the economic development of Fujian Province is faced with the plight of high-carbon economy. Therefore, according to the connotation of the low carbon economy and the situation in Fujian Province, the government should optimize the energy structure, develope low-carbon technologies, adjust the industrial structure, build low-carbon way of life and so on, and determine the low-carbon economic development strategy, effectively change their role to play in guiding, encouraging and monitoring role in the development of the low carbon economy, to promote the economic development of Fujian Province sound and fast.
