摘　　要：介绍了高强度厚大断面球墨铸铁模具的生产工艺。采用无冒口铸造技术,合理选择并严格控制化学成分和工艺参数,成功地生产出合格的铸件。铸件品质达到同类产品国际先进水平。This has introduced the casting process of thick section ductile iron mould with high strength.Through reasonable selecting and strict controlling the chemical composition and process parameters,the acceptable mould cast-ings has been successfully produced without riser.The casting quality achieves international advanced level of like products.
