摘  要:目的探讨运动训练对高脂血症大鼠心肌一氧化氮合酶(nitric oxide synthase,NOS)和细胞粘附分子(celladhesion molecule,CAM)表达的影响。方法 30只健康雄性SD大鼠,随机分为对照组,高脂模型组和高脂运动组,每组10只。运用免疫组织化学SABC法检测运动训练对高脂血症大鼠心肌NOS亚型、ICAM-1和VCAM-1表达的影响。结果与对照组比较,高脂血症大鼠模型中心肌nNOS、iNOS和eNOS表达均显著性下调,ICAM-1和VCAM-1表达均显著性上调(P<0.05)。与高脂模型组比较,高脂运动大鼠心肌中NOS 3个亚型均显著性增加,ICAM-1和VCAM-1均显著性降低(P<0.05)。表明运动可引起高脂血症大鼠心肌NOS及细胞粘附分子表达的变化。结论高脂膳食引起大鼠心肌NOS和细胞黏附分子表达的改变,NOS显著下调,粘附分子显著上调;适度运动可显著改善高脂血症大鼠心肌中NOS和细胞粘附分子的表达变化。Objective To investigate the effects of exercise training on myocardial nitric oxide synthase(NOS) and cell adhesion molecules (CAMs) in rats with hyperlipidemia. Method SD rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group, hyperlipidemia model group and hyperlidiemia and aerobic exercise group. Our study used immunohisto - chemistry of SABC determining the expressions of myocardial eNOS, iNOS , nNOS, ICAM - 1 and VCAM - 1. Results Comparing with the control group, the expression of myocardial eNOS, iNOS and nNOS were significant reduce and the expression of ICAM - 1 and VCAM - 1 were significant increase in the rats with hyperlipidemia ( P 〈 0.05). Comparing with the hyperlipidemia model group, the experssion of myocardial eNOS, iNOS and nNOS were increased significantly and the expression of ICAM - 1 and VCAM - 1 were reduced significantly in the rats with hyperlipidemia and aerobic exercise. The results showed the expression changes of myocardial eNOS, iNOS , nNOS, ICAM- 1 and VCAM- 1 in rats with hyperlipidemia were caused by aerobic exercise. Conclusion Hyperlipidemia can downregulate the expression of NOS and upregulate the expression of CAMs; aerobic exercise might protect against the atherogenic effects of hyperlipidemia by upregulating the expressions of NOS and downregulating the CAMs.
