摘  要:用熔融挤出拉伸冷却方法制备了聚丙烯/聚苯硫醚原位微纤共混物,研究了其形态、结晶形态、热性能、硬度和动态力学性能。发现PPS在基体中形成良好的微纤形态,并且在共混物中发现有球晶。DSC曲线中可以看出,聚丙烯的熔融温度没有大的变化,PP的起始结晶温度随着PPS含量的增加而提高。PP/PPS共混物的热变形温度随着PPS含量的增加不断提高。硬度测试结果表明,PPS的加入使得共混物的硬度增加。DMA曲线显示当温度到达一定程度的时候,tanδ有最大值;随着温度的升高,PP/PPS共混物的损耗模量不断降低;共混物的储能模量随着温度的提高而降低。PP/PPS in-situ microfibrillar composites were obtained via a melt-extrusion-hot drawing-quenching process.The morphology,crystallization,thermal property,hardness and dynamic mechanical property of PP/PPS composites were investigated.The results show that the well defined PPS microfibrils are formed,and spherocrystals are found in the PP/PPS composites.DSC indicates the little change in melt temperature of PP.The crystallization onset temperature of PP was increased with increasing content of PPS.The hardess of composites was increased after the joining of PPS.Thermal deformation temperature the PP/PPS composites was increased with increasing content of PPS.D1 MA result shows that tanδ has the largest value when temperature was increased to some degree.The loss modulus of PP/PPS composites was decreased with increasing temperature.The storage modulus of composites was decreased with increasing temperature.
