摘　　要：随着我国物流业的迅速发展,成本管理逐渐成为提高企业经济效益以及企业竞争力的一种有效措施,文中通过对企业物流成本管理中所存在的问题进行了分析,并进一步提出了物流成本管理的相应措施。With the rapid development of China＇s logistics industry,cost management for enhancing the economic efficiency of enterprises gradually and enterprise competitiveness is an effective measure,Ben was of enterprise logistics cost management of the existence of problems are analyzed,and further raise the cost of logistics management measures.
