摘　　要：目的:探讨贵州姓氏ABO血型分布特征。方法:采用玻片凝集法检测4168名贵州学生的ABO血型,选取其中人数大于100的姓氏的ABO血型进行统计分析。结果:本次调查人数大于100的姓氏有8个,依次是杨、王、李、张、陈、刘、吴、罗,他们的血型分布特征均为O>A>B>AB,A、B、O基因频率分布特征为r>p>q。结论:8个姓氏O型频率均较高,具有典型的南方人的血型特征。Objective：To investigate the distributive feature of ABO blood groups of surnames in Guizhou.Methods：ABO blood groups of 4168 students（born in Guizhou ） were identified by way of the slide agglutination.The data of ABO blood groups of 8 surnames were analyzed.Results：The distributive feature of ABO blood groups and gene frequency of A,B,O in Yang,Wang,Li,Zhang,Chen,Liu,Wu and Luo were OABAB and rpq respectively.Conclusion：8 surnames in Guizhou have a higher O genotype frequency and their distribution of ABO blood groups have typical distributive features which the Southerners have.
