猫抓病头颈部淋巴结炎20例临床分析

摘　　要：目的总结猫抓病头颈部淋巴结炎的临床表现、实验室检查,以提高对该病的临床诊治水平。方法收集1997～2007年经病理确诊的20例头颈部猫抓病淋巴结炎病例,进行回顾性分析。结果 20例病例中均有猫狗密切接触史,其中有猫抓伤史12例。临床症状以头颈部浅表淋巴结肿大为主,伴低热、乏力等不适。实验室检查无明显特异性表现。临床上初诊符合率较低。结论猫抓病头颈部淋巴结炎在临床缺乏特异性的临床表现,临床医生应提高诊断准确率。猫抓病头颈部淋巴结炎行感染治疗配合手术治疗,预后良好。Aim To improve the level of the diagnosis and treatment of cat-scratch disease lymphadenitis by summarizing the clinical manifestation and laboratory examination of the disease.Methods The data of pathologically diagnosed 20 cases of cat-scratch disease with lymphadenitis in the head and neck from 1997 to 2007 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients had a history of exposure to cats or dogs,and 12 patients were scratched by cats.Clinical manifestation of cat-scratch disease was lymphadenitis in the head and neck with light fever and debilitation.Conclusion Cat-scratch disease with lymphadenitis in the head and neck is without nonspecific manifestation in most of cases and careful diagnosis is indicated.But the prognosis of the diease is good.
