摘  要:体育经营管理不仅针对赢利性的行为,还针对非赢利性的公益性行为。与此同时,体育经营管理既要注重目标,也要注重过程。从事体育经营管理活动的人们应当将体育市场、体育产品和体育消费者各方面的需求统统纳入自己关注的范畴,在实践中为加速体育产品的生产和价值转换,促进体育产品的流通,扩大消费者的队伍作出更大贡献。To theoretically define the conception and its practical range of sports management and administration is very important for the building of the academic systems of the sports economics and the sports administration.This article,by analyzing and proving,demonstrates that the connectional extension of"management and administration"has enlarged,and so does it in sports.That is to say,the sports management and administration points not only the profitable actions,but the non-profitable ones,and it emphasizes both its aim and its process.Secondly,people doing the kind of jobs should observe the sports market,the sports productions and all the demands from the consumers,and contribute more in practice to accelerating the production and the value transformation of the sports products,to prompting the circulation of the sports products and to enlarging the consumer crowds.
