体育高考生考前焦虑与状态自信心关系的研究

摘　　要：采用马腾斯(Martens)运动竞赛状态焦虑调查表(CSAI-2),对参加体育高考体育加试的徐州考点的55名考生进行不同天的问卷调查.结果表明:体育高考女生的焦虑水平高于男生;认知状态焦虑、躯体状态焦虑随着比赛的深入而升高,状态自信心随着比赛的深入而下降;考前一天体育高考生的躯体状态焦虑水平是区分遗传因数多的短跑与遗传因素少的中长跑项目的因子.In this study,Martens Sports Competitive State Anxiety questionnaire（CSAI-2）, participating in sports plus sports college entrance examination test center in Xuzhou 55 candidates for different days of the survey results show that.Physical Examination The anxiety level of female students than male.cognitive state anxiety,somatic state anxiety increased as the game＇s depth,state self-confidence as the game＇s depth and down.physical exam the day the body of Candidates State anxiety level is much distinction between genetic factors and genetic factors in small sprint distance race factor.
