摘　　要：项目管理绩效评价与改善多是基于"后评价"的,其评价指标的综合性与抽象性较强,难以准确地反映项目建设实施过程中的管理行为。本文试图引入"过程绩效"及其评价的理念,通过建立过程绩效评价模型,解析代建项目建设实施各阶段的具体子过程,并据此展开过程绩效评价研究。对部分打开项目管理"黑箱",评价项目管理过程得失,及在项目建设实施过程中即可度量并改善管理绩效,起到了抛砖引玉的作用,为从过程绩效的角度来改善代建项目管理绩效提供一种新的思路。Measurement and improvement of project management performance are mostly based on the ＂post-evaluation＂,and their measurement indexes are difficult to accurately reflect the project implementation process of management behavior.This paper attempts to introduce ＂process performance＂ and establish the model of Process Performance Measurement System（PPMS）,analyze project construction and implement stages and specific sub-process,and thus study the process of performance evaluation.It is a new way to improve agent construction project management performance from the perspective of process performance.
