摘  要:目的:研究对萼猕猴桃(Actinidia valvata Dunn)叶的的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用多种色谱手段进行分离,通过波谱分析确定化合物结构。选用肿瘤细胞株PLC、Hep3B、HepG2、HeLa、SW480、MCF-7和Bel7402,采用MTT法进行细胞毒活性测试。结果:从对萼猕猴桃中分得4个化合物为科罗索酸(1)、2α,3β,24-三羟基乌苏烷-12-烯-28-酸(2)、2α,3α,24-三羟基乌苏烷-12-烯-28-酸(3)和2α,3α,19α,24-四羟基乌苏烷-12-烯-28-酸(4),它们都具有细胞毒活性。结论:该4个化合物为首次从该实验材料中获得。AIM:To study the chemical constituents of the leaves of Actinidia valvata Dunn.METHODS:Several chromatographic methods were applied to isolate and purify compounds and their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.RESULTS:Four triterpenoids including corosolic acid(1),2α,3β,24-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(2),2α,3α,24-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(3) and 2α,3α,19α,24-tetrahydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(4) were isolated from Actinidia valvata Dunn.They all showed in vitro cytotoxic activity against tumor cell lines including PLC,Hep3B,HepG2,HeLa,SW480,MCF-7 and Bel7402.CONCLUSION:These 4 compounds were all obtained from the plant for the first time.
