民俗与养老——借鉴回族养老习俗解决同心县养老问题的思考

摘　　要：同心县回族有着家庭养老的传统,受伊斯兰敬老思想的影响,老人普遍受到后辈的尊重与侍奉,享受天伦之乐。但随着改革开放的深入发展,传统的养老方式受到挑战,回族老年人赡养问题日益突出,而现行的社会保障体系以及法律制度都还无法从根本上解决这些问题,这要求建立具有时代特色和地方特色的养老方式。在对同心县回族进行实地调查过程中发现,关于回族地区养老问题的解决,除了发展社会养老保险、完善养老保障机制外,借鉴回族的尊老养老习俗,强化人们的尊老养老意识,促成养老观念的转变,对解决西部民族地区养老问题也有重要的推动作用。Hui＇s traditional family supporting in Tongxin is influenced by filial piety of Islam,and the aged are respected and well-cared by posterity.However,with the development of Reform and Opening,the traditional family supporting is being challenged and the problem of supporting and caring of the aged gets more and more serious,which can not be solved by the current social security and law system.Thus old supporting pattern with local and era characteristics is demanded.Through survey,it is observed that Hui has the traditional virtues of respecting and supporting the aged.Therefore,taking advantage of the Hui＇s traditional custom so as to enhance people＇s consciousness of respecting the aged will play an important role in solving the problems in the whole western district.
