对高校学报发展现状的几点思考

摘　　要：改革开放以来,高校学报在获得快速发展的同时也出现了很多与市场经济不相适应的问题。文章对诸如学报的学术质量不高、学报公益性保护与文化体制改革的大趋势不合拍及学报办刊的独立性受到影响等几个方面的问题进行了探讨和分析,阐释了导致这些问题发生的深层次原因,并就如何解决这些问题提出了一些建议。The development of college journals becomes a matter of concern in view of its coexistence with the market economy.In this paper,some problems in this respect are discussed such as the low academic quality,the disharmony between their public protection and the reform of cultural administrative system,and the damage of the journal independence.The causes of these problems are pointed out and the countermeasures are put forward.
