摘　　要：以2001—2009年沈阳市房地产市场数据为基础,分析沈阳市房地产开发投资建设,土地、商品房和存量房等市场方面的运行状况。剖析房地产市场运行规律,总结沈阳市房地产市场的运行特点,并结合国内外经济环境及宏观调控政策对房地产市场产生的影响,分析预测沈阳市房地产市场的发展趋势。According to the 2001—2009 Shenyang estate market data,this paper analyzes the real estate market from investment in real estate development,construction and land market,capital market,commer-cial housing market,etc.Then the article further analyzes the real estate market operation rule,summarizes the operation characteristics of the real estate market,and combines with the international environment on the real estate market and domestic policies,analyzes and forecasts the development trend of the real estate market in Shenyang.
