摘　　要：指出了沈阳市既有建筑节能改造工作面临的形势,分析了当前制约沈阳市既有建筑节能改造工作开展的主要因素,就既有建筑节能改造实施的具体步骤、改造工作的实施主体及制定相关激励政策等方面提出了推进沈阳市既有建筑节能改造工作的建议。This paper points out the situation of the energy efficient retrofit for existing buildings in Shenyang and analyzes the main factors which restrictly carry out the work of energy efficient retrofit for existing buildings in Shenyang.It puts forward suggestions on concrete steps,subjective,economic incen-tive policy and so on.All of the suggestions can give impetus to the work of energy efficient retrofit for ex-isting buildings in Shenyang.
