亚硝酸盐中毒80例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨亚硝酸盐中毒的合理治疗方法。方法选择我院急诊科2000-07～2008-07收治的急性亚硝酸盐中毒80例患者,回顾性分析患者的临床表现及治疗方法。结果 80例患者均用1%的美蓝1～2mg/kg,加入50%葡萄糖20 ml稀释后缓慢静注(10～15min)治疗。其中36例观察24h后出院;23例患者仍有头晕、乏力、心慌等症状,第2天继续予维生素C、B族维生素、能量合剂等药物治疗,12例48h后出院;9例出现晕厥或抽搐患者,在对症治疗的同时,给改善脑代谢药物乙酰谷酰胺静滴,观察72h后痊愈出院。随访1个月,无一例遗留后遗症。结论小剂量美蓝1～2mg/kg的合理应用可迅速缓解临床症状,提高治愈率。Objective To explore the rational treatment of nitrite poisoning. Methods The Clinical manifestation and treatment of 80 patients with acute nitrite poisoning admitted to department of emergency in our hospital from July 2000 to July 2008 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Eighty patients were treated by slow intravenous injection of 1% methylene blue 1 -2 mg/kg diluted in 5% glucose 20 ml （10 - 15min） ; of them, 36 patients discharged after 24 h observation;23 patients still had dizziness, weakness, palpitation and other symptoms, and were continuously treated with vitamin C, B vitamins, energy compounds and so on, on the second day, 12 patients discharged from hospital after 48 h; 9 patients had syncope or convulsions, in the same time symptomatic treatment of them, were treated by acetyl-glutamine infusion, and discharged after 72 h observation. Follow-up of 1 month showed there were no remaining sequelae. Conclusion The reasonable application of small dose methylene blue（ 1 - 2 mg/ kg） can qniekly relieve symptoms, and improve the cure rate.
