摘　　要：胰岛素注射作为胰岛β细胞功能衰竭的替代手段在糖尿病治疗中占有重要地位,制定个体化的胰岛素治疗方案,应当考虑的因素很多,包括患者糖尿病类型、年龄、病程、体重指数、体重、并发症情况、每日血糖谱、胰岛β细胞功能状况等,其中以胰岛β细胞功能为核心因素.Insulin therapy has been the only effective and important substitution method for diabetic patients with depleted β-cell function. When applying insulin regimen for an individual patient, many factors should be considered, including type of diabetes, age, history, body mass index, weight, complications, daily glucose monitoring results and β-cell function, among which p-cell function has been the essential one.
