摘　　要：黄河三角洲开发建设已正式上升为国家战略。其多元化的发展迫切要求高效、快捷的信息服务。中国石油大学(华东)图书馆应以其丰富的文献信息资源、人才优势、硬件优势及区位优势为基础,通过建设科技文献资源共享平台、建设地方文献数据库、提供定题服务、提供信息咨询等途径,为黄河三角洲开发建设开展多层次、多形式的文献信息服务,促进黄河三角洲地区经济的快速发展,使其文献信息资源发挥出巨大的社会效益和经济效益。The development and construction of the Yellow River Delta has been ranked as a national key strategy. Its diversified development needs efficient and shortcut information service. Library of China University of Petroleum （ East China） should provide multiform and multi-level literature information services and consultation for the development and construction of the Yellow River Delta by relying on its abundant information resources, talents, equipment and facilities, and location advantages, and also by constructing the science and technology literature resource sharing platform and the database for local literatures so as to promote the rapid development of the Yellow River Delta area and make the literature information resources of the library of China University of Petroleum （ East China） produce great social effects and economic benefits.
