摘　　要：提高高校石油科技期刊编辑的组稿能力是提高高校石油科技期刊办刊质量、推动高校石油科技期刊发展、充分发挥石油高校的社会职能、促进石油高校的教学和科研工作的重要措施。提高高校石油科技期刊编辑组稿能力的主要途径是:提高编辑的专业知识水平,做学者型编辑;增强组稿的主动性,讲求组稿的艺术与技巧;与高水平的专家、核心作者和青年作者加强联系等。Improving the ability of soliciting contribution is an important way to improve the quality, development, social function, teaching and research work of university petroleum technology periodicals. The main methods of improving this ability include enhancing the professional level and the initiative of editors, increasing skills of soliciting contribution and keeping in tight touch with experts, core-authors group and young authors.
