活血通脉液外敷预防氟尿嘧啶药泵所致静脉炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究活血通脉液预防氟尿嘧啶药泵所致静脉炎的疗效。方法:30例应用氟尿嘧啶药泵化疗的患者,于第一疗程在一侧上肢外敷硫酸镁;于第二疗程在另一侧上肢外敷活血通脉液。结果:第一疗程静脉炎发生率为93.3%,第二疗程静脉炎发生率为43.3%,两个疗程比较,有显著性差异(H=14.5,P<0.001)。结论:活血通脉液外敷能有效地预防氟尿嘧啶药泵所致静脉炎,减轻静脉炎损伤程度和化疗不良反应。Objective：To observe the curative effects of applying Huoxue Tongmai Liquid externally for preventing phlebitis caused by Fluorouracil drug pumps.Methods：30 patients in chemotherapy who were applied with Fluorouracil drug pumps,the first treatment were applied with Magnesium Sulfate externally on one upper limb and the second with Huoxue Tongmai Liquid on the other one.Results：The incidence was 93.3% in the first treatment and 43.3% in the second treatment,there was a significant difference（H=14.5,P0.001）.Conclusion：Applying Huoxue Tongmai Liquid externally makes an effective action on preventing phlebitis caused by Fluorouracil drug pumps and relieveing the damage of phlebitis as well as adverse reaction of chemotherapy.
