推拿手法治疗小儿脑瘫30例的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察治瘫八法推拿手法对于小儿脑瘫的治疗效果。方法:治疗前后按照"婴幼儿神经发育及脑损伤判断标准表"各项标准,对30例患儿智力、姿势、反射、肌张力等项目进行检查评分;治疗后作出疗效判定;治疗方法为推拿手法。结果:治疗1周时,患儿的智力、流涎、吞咽、姿势、运动、反射、肌张力等各指标均有明显改善。1周显效率为80%,2周显效率达100%。结论:本治疗手法具有收效快、疗程短、疗效高等优点,值得临床推广。Objective：To observe the paralysis eight massage therapy for children with cerebral palsy.Methods：Before and after treatment in accordance with the ＂infant neural development and brain injury criterion table＂,the standard of 30 cases of children with intellectual,posture,reflex,muscle tension and other items were graded;treatment effect after the determination;treatment to manipulation.Results：One week,the children＇s intelligence,salivation,swallowing,posture,movement,reflex,muscle tension and other indicators showed significant improvement.Markedly effective rate was 80% a week,2 weeks markedly effective rate was 100%.Conclusion：This treatment method is effective fast,short duration of treatment many advantages,and worth of clinical application.
