散结杀胚合剂治疗早期宫外孕的临床研究

摘　　要：将早期宫外孕病人８１例随机分为两组，治疗组４３例应用散结杀胚合剂加氨甲喋呤肌肉注射，对照组３８例以氨甲喋呤肌肉注射。结果显示：治疗组临床有效率达９７．７％，对照组为７６．３％。（Ｐ＜０．０５），而且治疗组在消除包块、定痛、降低胃肠道反应、缩短病程方面。Abstract l patients with early ectopic pregnancy were divided into two groups at random,of which 43 cases were given intramuscular injection of Sajie Shapei Heji added to MTX,and 38 cases of the control group were also treated in the same way with MTX only.The result showed that the total clinical effective rate of the former was 97 7%,while the latter was 76 3%(P<0 05).Furthermore,effect of the treatment group was significantly superor to that of the control group in the case of eliminating lumps,relieving pain,reducing discomfort of gastrointestinal tract and shortening the duration of disease,etc.
