MRA对门静脉和下腔静脉系统疾病的诊断价值

摘　　要：应用磁共振血管造影（ＭＲＡ）行门静脉和下腔静脉检查４０例（正常者１０例，门脉高压症者１７例，布－加氏综合征１０例，门腔静脉分流术后者３例）、４３例次，包括三维相位对比（３ＤＰＣ）３０次，动态增强１３次。结果表明：ＭＲＡ能较好地同时显示门静脉和下腔静脉。The portal vein and inferior vena cava in 40 cases were examined with MRA(magnetic resonance angiography),40 cases were as follows:normal group (n=10),portal hypertension (n=17),Budd Chiari syndrome (n=10),portal caval shunt surgery(n=3)in our study.There were 30 of 3DPC(phase contrast),13 of dynamic contrast enhanced technology among 43 examinations of MRA.In appearances of results,MRA can clearly demonstrate the portal vein and inferior vena cava simultaneously.It is a valuable imaging method to detect and diagnose various pathologic conditions involving these venous systems.
