复胃汤治疗胃粘膜肠化与异型增生105例临床观察

摘　　要：用复胃汤治疗105例胃粘膜肠化和异型增生病人,并用维酶素和三九胃泰作对照,结果表明,复胃汤组的临床有效率为93.3％,对照组为74.3％。病理检查证实,复胃汤组胃粘膜萎缩、肠化和异型增生有效率分别为88.6％、86.6％和84.0％;对照组为46.2％、30.3％和25.0％。复胃汤组和对照组幽门螺杆菌清除率分别为72.4％和19.4％。组间差别均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。研究表明,复胃汤治疗胃粘膜肠化和不典型增生有确切的临床疗效。One hundred forty cases were treated with Fuwei decoction, with a control group treated by Weimeisu and Sanjiuweitai. The effective rates were 93. 3% and 74. 3% respectively. Pathological exams showed that, in the treatment group the afective rates of atrophic gastric mucosa enterization and heterohyperlasia were 88. 6%, 86. 6% and control group were 72. 4% and 19. 4% respectively. with significant difference between all groups, demonstrating the definite efficacy of Fuweitang on these ailments.
